Cancellations, Refunds and Address Accuracy

All products sold are research materials. All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed by the purchaser once submitted. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final and immediately enters processing. NanoStim Therapeutics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; this includes any order that violate any of these terms if we deem fraud.

Refunds will only be granted if a claim is within 14 business days of confirmed delivery and if the product has been verified with another COA at a different 3rd party tester than the listed COA. Confirmed and verified COA are required to be eligible for refund.

If approved, replacement or credit of original purchase price can be arranged. Form of credit will be determined by NanoStim Therapeutics.

Please verify your address before submitting a purchase! We are not responsible for any  orders placed and shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout. If a package is deliver the the address provided at checkout, then the delivery is contractually fulfilled. NanoStim Therapeutics is not responsible for theft, incorrect deliveries via the shipping agency, or shipment delays because of the shipping agency.
