These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website any purchases made of the products offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.  You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products, Intended Use, and Limited Liability

All products sold by NanoStim Therapeutics are strictly for laboratory and/or research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. By purchasing anything from said store, you are confirming that you are a qualified researcher and/or professional operating in a controlled environment. You are also agreeing to use the products solely for lawful research purposes and research purposes only. NanoStim Therapeutics will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or even indirect damages that come from the use or inability to use any product or this website. Our liability is only for the original amount paid for the specific product purchased.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Cancellations, Refunds and Address Accuracy

All products sold are research materials. All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed by the purchaser once submitted. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final and immediately enters processing. NanoStim Therapeutics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; this includes any order that violates any of these terms or if we deem fraud has occurred.

Refunds will only be granted if a claim is within 14 business days of confirmed delivery and if the product has been verified with another COA at a different 3rd party tester than the listed COA. Confirmed and verified COA are required to be eligible for refund.

If approved, replacement or credit of original purchase price can be arranged. Form of credit will be determined by NanoStim Therapeutics.

Please verify your address before submitting a purchase! We are not responsible for any orders placed and shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, then the delivery is contractually fulfilled. NanoStim Therapeutics is not responsible for theft, incorrect deliveries via the shipping agency, or shipment delays because of the shipping agency.

NanoStim Therapeutics reserves the right to update the listed Terms and Conditions at any given time. These changes will take effect upon being posted to this website. Continuing use of this website and any products provided through the website constitutes accepting these updated terms and conditions.
